Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Flexible Endoscope Technician to join our team at Encore Medical Device Repair. As a key member of our lab environment, you'll play a crucial role in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing medical Endoscopes from leading manufacturers.

In this role, you'll execute daily activities efficiently, ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining a well-organized workspace. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional medical equipment management services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on medical Endoscopes according to company protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards by following established policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the diagnosis and service of medical Endoscopes, collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, report concerns to the customer service team, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and have experience in similar positions. Your skills in attention to detail, organization, and hand-eye coordination will enable you to excel in this challenging yet rewarding position.
