Are you an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician eager to demonstrate your skills in a rewarding role? This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with rates ranging from $17.50 for Maintenance Technicians to $19.50 for those holding a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Role Responsibilities

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting general maintenance and repairs across various facilities.
  • Ensuring safety and functionality of all environments.
  • Addressing maintenance issues proactively, from plumbing repairs to electrical system troubleshooting.

Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and the individuals we support.

Key Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A clean and valid driver's license, as driving may be necessary for maintenance tasks.
  • A background in construction or remodeling trades, which is essential for effective repair work.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various maintenance tools and equipment.
