UMass Memorial Health seeks a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team. As an essential member of our team, you will provide high-quality services to young children under three years old with developmental delays or at risk of delays. Our flexible scheduling allows for up to 24 hours of work per week, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.

This role involves providing direct intervention services, service coordination functions, and transition planning to ensure seamless support for our clients. You will maintain accurate client records, attend staff meetings, and participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will be valuable assets to our team.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. A valid US-issued driver's license and reliable transportation are also required for in-person visits.
