Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the primary contact between Cedars-Sinai specialty programs, patients, clients, and service providers.
  • Manages the patient care journey, ensuring patients receive copies of medical documentation, physician directives, and follow-up appointments.
  • Informs patients about their care plans, facilitates timely scheduling of clinical appointments, and organizes all necessary services to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Collaborates with CS International to address the needs of international patients.
  • Coordinates with health insurance providers, clients, and patients to confirm appropriate coverage and authorization for services rendered.
  • Works alongside clinical team members to ensure a streamlined patient experience.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of operational workflows and provides support as needed.
Qualifications

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:

Preferred candidates will have two (2) years of experience in a concierge or liaison capacity, along with three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting.
