Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers promptly and professionally
  • Clearly articulate product features, pricing, and promotional offers
  • Facilitate vehicle test drives while highlighting key features and advantages
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow up on leads
  • Support vehicle delivery processes and maintain exceptional customer service throughout
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, current promotions, and market trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to enhance sales strategies and dealership operations

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant computer applications
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
