Job Summary

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inpatient and outpatient physiatry services at our Rehabilitation Center, a 31-bed unit that has achieved accreditation by CARF. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with neurologists, neuropsychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, nutrition specialists, and case coordinators to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compensation
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $**$400,000-$600,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes base salary, annual incentives, and other forms of compensation.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
• Completion of a fellowship program in physiatry
• Board certification in physiatry
• Current licensure in the state of Indiana
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
