We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare in Belen, New Mexico. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and creating a supportive environment for our patients and their families.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to maintain continuity of care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and hold a current State Board of Nursing license.
- Hold CPR certification.
- Have one to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
