Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Thoroughly reviews and comprehends all details outlined in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Assembles all required tools, drinks, and supplies to prepare the designated service area
  • Ensures all glassware is polished and bar condiments are ready for use
  • Verifies that guests meet the legal age requirement for alcohol consumption
  • Crafts drink orders in accordance with established bar standards and individual guest preferences
  • Engages with guests to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment
  • Observes guests for signs of overconsumption and takes appropriate actions when necessary
  • Post-event, ensures all inventory and beverage equipment are returned to proper storage
  • Safely retrieves and stores bar glassware
  • Effectively communicates any issues or guest feedback
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Safe Serving is mandatory
