Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receiving Foreman to join our team at Class Produce Group LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving process, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 4-5 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
  • Complete receiving paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Unload trucks and store products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Verify inventory accuracy and make adjustments as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a receiving or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to read and write English
  • Knowledge of shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency
Working Conditions

This role requires regular standing, talking, and hearing, with frequent exposure to wet, loud, cold, or humid conditions. The ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds is also required.
