As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical clinic, including staff supervision, patient flow, and facility management.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and implement strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with our clinical team, patients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree: Must have a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification: Must be board certified in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or a related field.
- Active Licenses: Must have active medical and DEA licenses.
- Experience: Must have 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings.
