Culinary Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Ambassador to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and promoting our exclusive products and offerings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary innovations to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on our products and services, driving adoption and loyalty.
• Work closely with our culinary team to create engaging and interactive experiences for customers, including culinary demonstrations and events.
• Utilize Menu Profit Pro to provide customized, costed recipes to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
• Participate in local, virtual, and national events to promote the Food Fanatics program and build relationships with customers and peers.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including a comprehensive culinary background.
• Expert-level product knowledge and technique, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple formats.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and sales strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and delivery to the right audience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Chef certification and membership in local and national culinary organizations.
• Prior sales or sales support experience.
