Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-centric Food Service Professional to join our team as a Full-Time Deli Clerk. As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while working at the deli counter. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable guest service to our customers while working at the deli counter.
  • Slice, scoop, weigh, package, and label guest purchases.
  • Assist in maintaining department cleanliness by washing dishes, slicers, and other department equipment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or holder (Hornbacher's age requirement is 18 years of age or older for this role).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
