Overview:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests, staff, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines for the use of cleaning products.
  • Change bed linens and make beds, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Dust and clean all furniture, artwork, drawers, window sills, and shelves.
  • Vacuum rooms and dispose of trash as needed.
  • Restock guest room supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Sign for and manage room keys, ensuring rooms are stocked and ready for guests.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks that require reaching, bending, and working in tight spaces.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences.
