Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at Aparium Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee bar operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and implement drink menus that align with the hotel's brand and standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar
• Train and supervise other bartenders to ensure they meet the hotel's quality and service standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area that meets health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies

• Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of mixology and drink preparation, including classic cocktails and modern creations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bartending or a related field is a plus
