Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Aquatic Creature Constructor to join our team at Rain Drop Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for constructing large splash pads and pool toys/creatures from start to finish. This includes creating the items by filling molds, sanding, and powder coating. After the creatures and toys are perfected, they are sent to our creative artistic department to come to life.
Responsibilities:
- Construct large splash pads and pool toys/creatures from start to finish
- Create items by filling molds, sanding, and powder coating
- Work with team members to bring projects to life
- Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality
Requirements:
- Good attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Dependability and a willingness to learn
- Background in construction is a plus
