We are looking for a dedicated RN Diagnostic Imaging professional to ensure that we maintain high-quality, efficient care for all patients. If you are passionate about patient care and teamwork, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Job Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Diagnostic Imaging RN will primarily focus on caring for patients undergoing imaging and diagnostic procedures. You will collaborate with a supportive team that treats each other like family.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering moderate sedation for procedures such as CT-guided biopsies and drains.
- Operating Cardiac CTA and administering medications like Nitroglycerin and Metoprolol.
- Administering Glucagon for CT enterography.
- Administering Lasix as needed.
- Placing Foley Catheters.
- Accessing Port-a-Cath and de-accessing with Heparin according to protocol.
- Starting IVs in challenging cases.
- Monitoring outpatients with pacemakers or defibrillators.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
