Boilermaker Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Boilermaker to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. in Greensboro, NC. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay rate of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.

• Maintain and repair industrial boilers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Read and interpret gauges and meters to monitor equipment consumption and adjust as necessary.
• Perform routine tests of boiler water to ensure proper chemistry and prevent corrosion and scaling.
• Inspect equipment, valves, and controls to ensure everything is in working order before turning over operations.
• Carry out tasks such as lubricating equipment and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Keep accurate records of boiler operations, including temperatures, pressures, and maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and conducting safety inspections as required.

• High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
