Job Description

Hire Talent is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring color, material, and product excellence across our product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in footwear and/or apparel, from concepting to manufacturing, and a deep understanding of the product development process.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Textile Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably in the footwear and/or apparel industry is preferred.

  1. Conduct a thorough analysis of current capabilities across apparel and footwear, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control measures.
  2. Identify gaps and areas for optimization in current processes and tools.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve color and material quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall product integrity.
