Job Overview:

We are looking for a proficient and seasoned Field Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards. As a Field Construction Superintendent, you will be integral to maintaining our esteemed reputation in the commercial renovation landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Oversight: Direct daily operations on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work complies with quality standards and relevant regulations, meeting or surpassing client expectations.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety measures to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve challenges that arise during construction to minimize delays.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the main liaison among the project team, clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Field Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, particularly in renovations.

  • Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and team members.

  • Certifications: OSHA certification and relevant trade certifications are advantageous.
