The Floor Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas within the facility.
Compensation: $18.00/hr
The compensation stated reflects the hourly rate for this role. Actual offers may differ based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Maintains building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, adhering to protocols for chemical cleaners and equipment to safeguard floors and fixtures.
+ Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes various floor types.
+ Cleans and vacuums carpeted spaces, including applying spot treatment as necessary.
+ Operates vehicles (if necessary) to perform cleaning tasks, which may include vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum systems.
+ Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must fulfill all requirements for approval to work in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if available.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in customer service.
+ At least one year of relevant work experience.
