Job Responsibilities
• Ensure the safe and stable operation of manufacturing processes.
• Engage in the site's safety initiatives, addressing any process safety issues.
• Lead and/or contribute to projects focused on capacity enhancement and waste minimization.
• Facilitate and oversee process trials for raw materials and process relocations.
• Spearhead new product introduction scale-up initiatives in collaboration with our Research & Innovation team.
• Manage new process start-up and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve persistent process challenges.
• Provide recommendations for capital expenditures as necessary to support the aforementioned activities.
• Assist in customer, internal, and third-party audits.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a chemical processing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with mixing and film coating processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&ID and other technical documentation.
• Six Sigma training and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles are highly desirable.
