Job Title: Application Development Analyst

PSR Associates is a leading consulting and talent solutions firm that connects qualified IT professionals with exciting opportunities.

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Development Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days remotely.

Job Summary:

This role involves working on the Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) Cloud Migration and Modernization Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom software applications and databases, implementing enhancements to existing systems, and troubleshooting application issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement full lifecycle application development solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of architectural vision.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of trends, relevant software development technologies, and methodologies.
  • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Requirements:
  • Five+ years of experience as a lead developer, working through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Eight+ years of broad experience working with Microsoft development technologies, including Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Experience with additional technologies for web development, including WCF/WebAPI, JavaScript front-end frameworks, and server-side rendering web technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Scrum, SAFe, DAD, or other agile approaches.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other reporting platforms.
  • Candidates with resumes reflecting extensive data migration/replication experience leveraging ETL solutions will be given preference.
