Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
  • Provide high-quality services to clients, including counseling, education, and support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
