Key Responsibilities:
The Retail Inventory Associate is responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising products supplied by KeHE for designated clients within a specific area.

This role also provides support and assistance to Retail Sales Consultants during their absences or vacations.

As part of the KeHE team, all tasks must align with our mission, vision, and core values (Caring, Determined, and Faith-Friendly).


Core Duties:
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products supplied by KeHE for assigned clients in the region.

- Serve as a backup for Retail Sales Consultants and fulfill assigned tasks as necessary.


- Participate in various projects as assigned, including new item introductions, category resets, code checks, shelf maintenance, and emergency deliveries.

- Assist with product placement and positioning on retail shelves.

- Attend and contribute to sales meetings as requested.

- Maintain consistent attendance, adhere to safety practices, and protect confidential company information.

- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in grocery, grocery sales, or distribution is preferred.

- Reliable transportation, including personal vehicle or public transport, and a smartphone are required.

Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to interpret information in schematic formats.

- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with store personnel and customers.

- Capacity to work independently without direct supervision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High energy and enthusiasm.

- Comfortable handling various tasks alongside daily responsibilities.

Physical Demands:


The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, bend, and walk. Driving between stores may be necessary as per assignment.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to both typical office/store environments and various outdoor weather conditions.

The noise level in the work environment can vary from low to high.
