Position Overview:
As our firm continues to expand, we are in search of an Audit Manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This role requires minimal supervision, allowing the individual to work autonomously as a proactive self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, enhancing value by identifying and implementing best practices that optimize accounting and finance operations across various industries.
  • Oversee audits for our for-profit business clientele, acting as the primary liaison between partners and staff.
  • Conduct a range of professional auditing and attest work, managing engagements from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while auditing financial data.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA license is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating progression to a leadership role.
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge in the field.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and auditing standards.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to effectively engage with all levels of management, staff, clients, and external business contacts.
  • Client-service oriented with a knack for expanding services and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience with automated auditing techniques is advantageous.
