Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Red Wagon Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment to ensure a smooth service.
• Prepare and present food in an appealing manner that meets our high standards.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members to maintain a productive kitchen environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations to protect our customers and staff.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure is crucial in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
