Role Summary

Currently, Bluehawk is seeking a Space Counter/Space Analyst to become a vital part of our Space Pancake team. In this role, you will engage in comprehensive all-source analytic production focused on foreign space capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing foreign adversary space doctrine, strategies, communication methods, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on multi-intelligence reporting from diverse sources to stay informed about adversarial space capability advancements, both on Earth and in orbit.
  • Collaborate with experts from DIA/ST and SCS, including scientists, engineers, and intelligence analysts, to gain a profound understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various space programs.
  • Identify and prioritize intelligence gaps, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the production of requirements and develop collection management plans.
  • Produce and disseminate timely and accurate intelligence products regarding Space and Counterspace (SCS) situational awareness.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data on current, past, and anticipated events related to SCS threats.
  • Investigate emerging threats in the SCS domain.
  • Collaborate on the creation of finished intelligence products addressing SCS challenges and assigned responsibilities.
  • Provide strategic-level intelligence support to address DIA SCS challenges.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of U.S. adversaries within geopolitical, military, and technological contexts through ongoing research.
  • Utilize open-source data from various classified networks to produce intelligence assessments related to space and counterspace developments.
  • Regularly review intelligence reports from multiple disciplines and correlate findings to understand adversarial national intent and strategy.
  • Offer analytical support to other divisions by integrating various intelligence sources to assess threat levels and assist in developing countermeasures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to generate timely, logical, and concise analytical reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in intelligence or space analysis is required.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
