Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

  • Collaborate with internal departments to expedite emergency orders and resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Participate in continuous customer service training and improvement programs


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
  • Computer proficiency and experience with CRM software a plus
