About the School Bus Driver Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while also maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a school bus safely and efficiently to transport students to and from school
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Be subject to a drug screen and physical
