Floor Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' living areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, including floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing floors, and replacing light bulbs.
• Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning and organizing resident rooms.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

• Previous experience in a maintenance or custodial role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
