Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Monitor progress and make program changes as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position, as well as lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
