Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment.
  • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in computer software, preferably facilities management software.
  • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
