Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Lead assists in the receipt, storage, and shipment of products in a distribution or manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Unload trucks in the Inbound section by using a pallet jack or equivalent devices to put pallets out of the trucks.
  • Use a warehouse management system to check in products and store them in warehouse locations using order picker or other devices.
  • Pick products from warehouse locations and load into outbound trucks.
  • Assist in the management of inventory and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
