Hockey Instructor

We are seeking experienced hockey and skating instructors to join our team at The Park at UBS Arena. As a hockey/skating instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans for hockey and/or skate programs, creating engaging and skill-appropriate drills, and instructing individuals or groups in the fundamentals of hockey or skating techniques.

• Develop and implement lesson plans for hockey and/or skate programs
• Create engaging and skill-appropriate drills to enhance participants' abilities
• Instruct individuals or groups in the fundamentals of hockey or skating techniques
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide hands-on guidance to participants
• Focus on skill development, including skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting
• Provide constructive feedback and tailored coaching to enhance performance

• Previous experience as a hockey or skate instructor
• Knowledge of teaching techniques and skill progressions
• Certification in coaching, teaching, or relevant field (e.g., USA Hockey Coaching Certification)
• Excellent knowledge of hockey or skating fundamentals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
