Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Lowell General Hospital. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding clearance for new staff members
- Administer annual compliance testing
- Provide first aid and triage work and non-work related injuries
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper care
- Maintain accurate medical records using UR/EHS/OHM software
Requirements:
- RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS certification required
- Knowledge of Occupational Health, Worker's Compensation System, OSHA, infectious diseases, wellness, and regulatory compliance programs
- Experience with computer systems and medical record software
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RN, with experience administering vaccinations and in Occupational Health
