We are seeking a highly motivated and board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our thriving practice just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for an OMFS associate who is ready to step into a leadership role with the potential for partnership.

About the Practice
  • Location: Our practice is situated in a 5500 sq. ft. facility, just 30 minutes outside of Pittsburgh proper.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: We utilize cutting-edge technology, including CBCT, XNAV, multiple implant systems, and more.
  • Patient Base: We have a strong referral network and a patient base with no past marketing.
  • Education & Networking: We offer monthly CE courses for dentists, providing excellent opportunities for building referrals.
Job Parameters
  • Scope: Our OMFS associate will focus on dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, All-on-X treatments, with opportunities in orthognathic and trauma surgery.
  • Leadership: The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, engage in marketing, and develop referral relationships.
  • Schedule: The position offers a 5-day work week, with a mix of sedation surgeries, implant placements, and consultations.
  • Support: Our highly experienced team, including a Physician Assistant, will provide support and guidance.
Financials & Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: The base salary is $450,000, with potential earnings over $1M in the first year.
  • Bonus Structure: A 50% bonus on collections over $1.2M, with proven collections exceeding $4M last year.
