Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide support and services
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
