Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, and air conditioner re-charges.
  • Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of customer complaints and provide accurate repair recommendations.
  • Paperwork and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and legible records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a service technician.
  • Skills: Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment, excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Training: Willingness to participate in in-house training programs.
