Overview: We're seeking a highly organized and process-driven professional to fill the role of Business Intelligence Analyst at Find Great People | FGP. This position will collaborate with business leaders across various departments to develop and implement analytics strategies, delivering key insights to support decision-making and drive company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with VP to C-level leaders to understand objectives and provide analytical insights.
  • Design and implement analytics strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with IT to understand database structures and SQL tables.
  • Enhance data efficiency and automate updates using Power Query Editor.
  • Maintain and improve reports through Report Builder design and scheduling.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (1-2 Years).
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • C-store or retail industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through abilities.
