Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Wise Staffing Group. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality parts and materials.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator who is proficient in programming machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring precision measurements. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machining Operations: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and more.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Understand specifications by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Programming and Setup: Translate instructions into computer commands to execute correct functions.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct test runs, inspect finished products, and measure quality against specifications.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly check and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
