Inventory Management Technician

About the Job
We are seeking an Inventory Management Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement and tracking of inventory within our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing shipments, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and processing of inventory shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, using software programs to track and manage inventory data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of similar work experience. You must also possess a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. In addition, we require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
