About the RoleThe RN Unit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care on our nursing unit. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $40-$43.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and ensure safe patient care.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans to achieve positive clinical outcomes and minimize rehospitalizations.
- Mentor and educate nurses, working with physicians and other medical professionals, to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and adherence to Genesis policy.
- Provide direct patient care to maintain skills and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
