Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Supervise and Train Nursing Staff: Mentor and guide nursing staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • License and Registration: Possess a current license and registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
Work Schedule and Benefits

Variable days, 7:30am to 8:00pm (Full-Time). Competitive salary and benefits package, including shift and/or inconvenience pay.
