We are seeking a highly skilled Tunnel Surveyor to join our team. As an underground mapping specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data in challenging environments.
Job Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to locate and determine the earth's surface by planning, conducting, and recording surveys. You will work closely with our team to establish and verify underground survey points, plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, alignments, and other geodetic measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to establish and verify underground survey points
- Plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, alignments, and other geodetic measurements
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports of surveys in order to describe and certify the work performed
- Monitor geotechnical instrumentation
Requirements:
- Experience in surveying underground features such as shafts and tunnels
- Knowledge of general principles and methods for surveying
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in an underground environment
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
