Kasco Marine Technician

**Job Summary**

The Kasco Marine Technician position is a dynamic role that requires strong troubleshooting skills and excellent time management. As a key member of our team, you will inspect, test, and repair a variety of products. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair all of Kasco's product lines.
• Cross train in multiple work cells to fulfill customer work orders when repair volume is low.
• Communicate clearly with customer service and the customer-facing repair team in the office on progress and details of customer repair orders.

Requirements:

• Preferred Education: High school diploma.
• Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Small engine repair experience and strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Work Environment:

The repair center is located at our manufacturing facility in Prescott, WI, and services all models of Kasco products that are sent in from the field in need of maintenance and repair.
