Transportation Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Dispatcher to join our logistics team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of ensuring timely and efficient shipment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Logistics Manager to assign contracted carriers for FTL shipments.
- Follow established Carrier Routing and Load Tendering Instructions to ensure seamless shipment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address shipment inquiries and communicate status updates.
- Process orders and bills of lading accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and software.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills to handle complex shipment issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
