Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Junior Machinist to join our team at TradesMax Staffing in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating manual lathes and/or manual machines, as well as proficiency in using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating manual lathes and/or manual machines to produce high-quality parts

  • Drilling and tapping holes as needed
  • Performing welding tasks, if applicable
