Janitorial Worker

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Janitorial Worker to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards

**Requirements:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
