We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Care Specialist. As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you will work with a partnering home health care provider in West Virginia, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their functional abilities and independence.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in West Virginia.
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting.
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
