Position Overview:

The primary function of this role involves executing a variety of tasks including sanitation, waste disposal, laundry services, and more, aimed at supporting residents and staff within the nursing center and during special events. All activities must align with federal, state, and local standards, as well as comply with Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures.

Core Duties:
  • General cleaning responsibilities
  • Upholding residents' rights
  • Implementing safety measures
  • Supporting staff training initiatives
  • Completing additional assigned tasks
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility (e.g., furniture, floors, curtains, restrooms, frequently touched surfaces)
  • Promptly addressing stains and cleanliness issues
  • Regularly restocking supplies
  • Efficiently dusting elevated areas
  • Reporting damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Carrying out supplementary tasks as necessary (such as laundry or floor maintenance)
  • Diligently following established cleaning protocols
  • Organizing and replenishing cleaning supplies at the end of each shift
  • Assisting with administrative responsibilities
  • Engaging in special projects or assignments as required
Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
